So people were “self-policing.” I felt bad for staff, there were only 3 people checking in guests, at a desk that could have had at least 10. It was over an hour - it looked bad too, because it went all the way into the casino, and there was no direction from staff telling people where line formed. We arrived at around 2:30pm and stood in a giant line of hundreds waiting to check in.
